Terms of service
These terms apply to your use of frostly.uk and to any order you place with us. Please read them before ordering. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 — where any term conflicts with your legal rights, your legal rights take priority.
- Who we are and how to contact us

- About these terms and your acceptance
By placing an order through frostly.uk, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you accept these terms. They form the agreement between you and us. We recommend saving or printing a copy for your records.
- Orders and how a contract is formed
When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the Frostly Arctic Pro. We'll send you an order confirmation by email acknowledging that we've received your order — but this is not yet acceptance.
A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch your item and send you a dispatch confirmation. If we are unable to accept your order — for example, because the item is out of stock, because we identify an error in the price or description, or because we are unable to authorise your payment — we will let you know and will not charge you, or will refund any payment already taken.
We may decline an order in these limited circumstances, but we will not refuse an order for unfair or discriminatory reasons.
Pricing errors: we take care to price our products correctly, but errors can occasionally occur. If we discover that the price of an item you've ordered is wrong, we'll contact you before dispatch to ask whether you'd like to continue at the correct price or cancel. If we can't reach you, we'll treat the order as cancelled and refund you in full.
- Prices and payment
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. The Frostly Arctic Pro is priced at £21.99. Delivery costs, if any, are shown clearly at checkout before you pay.
We accept payment via Shopify Payments, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is taken at the point of order. We don't store your full card details — payments are handled securely by our payment providers.
- Delivery
We aim to process orders within 1–3 business days, with delivery typically taking 4–9 business days, though these are estimates rather than guarantees. We'll send you tracking details once your order is on its way.
Responsibility for the item passes to you on delivery — that is, once the item is delivered to the address you gave us. If your delivery is significantly delayed, please get in touch and we'll help track it down.
- Cancellations, returns and refunds
You have the right to cancel and return your order, including a statutory 14-day cooling-off period and our additional 60-Day Money-Back Guarantee. - Product information and accuracy
The Frostly Arctic Pro is a handheld airflow fan. It cools you through air movement — the same way a breeze feels cooler than still air. It is not an air conditioner: it does not use refrigerant, does not lower the temperature of the air, and does not refrigerate or chill air.
We describe our product as accurately as we can. Product images are for illustration and may show the item in use or in lifestyle settings; minor differences in appearance can occur. If anything about the product description is unclear, please ask us before ordering.
- Your statutory rights
As a consumer, you have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. The Frostly Arctic Pro must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose. If it isn't, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement or refund. These rights sit alongside our returns policy and are not affected by anything in these terms.
- Our liability
We don't exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and for any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under UK law.
Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable at the time you placed your order, or for losses arising from your misuse of the product. Because the Frostly Arctic Pro is sold for personal, domestic use, we are not liable for any business losses.
- Privacy
We take your privacy seriously. How we collect and use your personal data — including cookies and your consent choices — is explained in our separate Privacy Policy.
- Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time, for example to reflect changes in the law or how we operate. The version published on frostly.uk at the time you place your order is the version that applies to that order.
- Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction. Again, nothing here affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
