Shipping policy
We want your Frostly Arctic Pro to reach you quickly and without fuss. This policy explains how and when we dispatch orders, how long delivery takes, and what happens if something goes wrong. Order processing time
Once you place your order, we prepare and dispatch it within 1–3 business days. Orders placed over weekends or on public holidays are processed on the next business day. This processing time is separate from the delivery time below.
Estimated delivery times
After your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes 4–9 business days.
In total, you can usually expect your order to arrive within roughly 5–9 business days from the moment you place it (1–3 business days to process, plus 4–9 business days in transit). These are estimates based on normal conditions, not guarantees, and actual times can vary.
In any case, and in line with your rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, we will deliver your order within 30 calendar days of the order being placed, unless we've agreed a longer period with you.
Shipping costs
Delivery is charged at a flat rate of £4.99 per order. Any delivery charge is always shown clearly at checkout before you pay, so there are no surprises.
Order tracking
Once your order is on its way, we'll email you a tracking link so you can follow its progress. If you haven't received tracking details within a few days of ordering, check your spam folder first, then get in touch and we'll resend them.
Delays
Occasionally, deliveries take longer than expected — courier delays, busy periods such as sales or holidays, or problems with a delivery address can all play a part. We'll always do our best to keep things on track. If your order hasn't arrived within a reasonable time beyond the estimates above, please contact us at [alexciocan089@gmai] and we'll look into it for you.
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We can only ship to the address you provide, and we're not responsible for orders delayed or lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address. If you spot a mistake, contact us as soon as possible — if your order hasn't been dispatched yet, we'll do our best to correct it.
Lost or undelivered parcels
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you haven't received it, or if a parcel appears to be lost in transit, please get in touch at [alexciocanbusiness089@gmail.com]. We'll work with the courier to find out what's happened and make sure you're looked after.
Where we ship
We ship across the United Kingdom and to selected international destinations. International delivery times may be longer than those shown above, and any import duties or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
